"Music From Downton Abbey" will take place this summer at Highclere Castle, the Hampshire estate where the so loved TV show was filmed.
The concert will be exactly a celebration of the show, with the Chamber Orchestra of London playing songs such as I’ll Count The Days and If You Were The Only Girl In The World.
Jim Carter, who play Mr. Carson the butler in Downton Abbey, will be hosting.
He'll reprise his role to look back on his time in the estate, and clips and montages will be shown to highlight the most memorable moments from the show in-between songs.
Put down on your agendas right now: 22nd of June. Tickets are already on sale, but there's still plenty left, with prices starting from £67.40.
And don't forget this year is set to be a big one for Downton Abbey fans, as the movie is out this year. I hope that all of the original cast will be returning for the big-screen outing, including Michelle Dockery as Lady Mary Crawley, Laura Carmichael as Lady Edith Crawley, Joanne Froggatt as Anna Bates, Hugh Bonneville as Robert Crawley and Elizabeth McGovern as Cora Crawley.
